Mark B. Stanley

Mark B. Stanley was born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina where he attended the University of South Carolina and received his B.S. in Business Administration. While attending the University of South Carolina, he was the captain of the South Carolina baseball team that went to three consecutive College World Series.

Upon completing his Bachelor's degree, Mr. Stanley earned a Masters in Business Administration and a Masters in Information Science from North Carolina Central University in Durham, North Carolina. Following the completion of his Masters degrees in 2010, Mr. Stanley attended law school at the Florida A&M University College of Law in Orlando, Florida where he received his Juris Doctorate.

Upon graduation from law school and prior to joining the Stanley Law Group, Mr. Stanley practiced with a personal injury law firm in Orlando, Florida where he tried several personal injury cases to verdict. Recently, Mr. Stanley was recognized by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys as a "Top 10 Under 40" recipient for excellence in the field of Personal Injury.

Mr. Stanley is licensed to practice law in the State of South Carolina and in the State of Florida and his areas of practice include: Personal Injury, Automobile Accidents, Truck and Tractor Trailer Accidents, Motorcycle Accidents, Pedestrian and Bicycle Accidents, Wrongful Death, Medical Malpractice, Nursing Home Negligence, Work Related Injuries and Workers Compensation; Slip/Trip and Fall, Heirs Property and Probate, Estates and Wills.

Mr. Stanley is a member of the South Carolina Bar, The Florida Bar, the United States District Court of South Carolina, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the South Carolina Association for Justice.
